Bird Dog Investigations LLC is a Christian owned, licensed and fully insured private investigation agency in New Kent County Virginia with the needs of the individual at the forefront of its operation.
The primary goal is to provide you with answers to your questions. BDI is not a large company but a small and professionally run agency with the same resources as the larger companies have at their disposal, and without all of the fancy “bells and whistles”. In this capacity all of BDI’s clients are recognized by name and not by a file number. Each client receives and can expect to receive that personal touch that in this fast paced and hectic world of ours is sorely lacking.
Services offered are criminal investigation, domestic, surveillance, interviews, process service, wellness checks, elder abuse, and worker's compensation claim investigations..
Philosophy
Jim Rinaldi, the founder of Bird Dog Investigations LLC, believes that if the issue is important enough for an individual to pick up the phone or send an email then it is important enough for Bird Dog Investigations LLC to assist in whatever way possible.
There is no issue that is neither too large nor too small for Bird Dog Investigations LLC to consider. If Bird Dog Investigations LLC is not able to assist the perspective client then Jim will direct them to someone that may be able to address the issue and obtain the necessary results. At no time will a case be taken just for the sake of taking the case. “Time is money” (and in this day and age how many of us have either one to spare) so be assured that Bird Dog Investigations LLC will not waste either of these precious resources.
Experience
Jim has numerous years of experience in the field of investigations, stemming from his work as a police officer in both the states of New Jersey and Virginia. Along with this experience he has also been the Director of Security and Safety for hotels in New Jersey and New York City.
Jim is a graduate of John Jay College in New York City where he received his certification for the City of New York as a fire safety director and is a graduate of Saint Leo University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Jim prides himself in uncovering and revealing pertinent and accurate information to the situations that concern you.
Fees
One concern it appears that is at the forefront in a client’s mind is “what is the cost?” Jim understands that there are many who want the answers but have a limited finances to find what they seek. At no time will a client be turned down due to this, Jim will work with each and every one who needs his help and will do his best to accommodate them with a payment plan that will be comfortable for both the client and BDI. There is no charge for a consultation, either over the phone or in person.
